Treadmill SPEED Program

Here at Amplify, we are proud to say that we offer a comprehensive and state of the art SPEED program with our Skating Treadmill. Designed to challenge even the most prolific skaters, this program has been proven to work for even the professionals. 

SPEED stands for Stride (mechanics of proper stance, balance and weight transfer), Power (developing knee bend, loading weight on each leg to maximize power), Explosiveness (optimizing the snap to create an extra burst of speed with every stride), Efficiency (skate faster and further with less strides, while conserving energy), and Dominate (players that skate at an elite level gain more confidence).
